netmasq This is the place to find netmasq, a program to provide firewall and masquerading services to a small network. Netmasq is currently used by several small businesses and home users who have a single connection to the Internet which is shared with all the users on the network. The rpm file was written for CentOS/Red Hat el5, but it should work on any version of any distro that has iptables. Send feedback to carl@carltm.com. Netmasq can be installed concurrently with any other firewall program. The tarball includes an installation script. Just download the file, run "tar xvfz netmasq*.tz", run "cd netmasq", then read the README file. All of the files in the tarball can be viewed in the files directory on this server. The version for the 2.2 kernel is available, although it is no longer supported. It is in the old_version directory on this server.
